Our state of the art heater setup incorporates infrared halogen lamps, which have proved to increase efficiency by up to 50% whilst reducing your energy running costs by up to 70 %. These systems have proved to save a large amount of energy running costs, resulting in the heater banks having a much smaller carbon footprint than existing setups.
After many successful years, manufacturing vacuum forming machines. We have designed a totally new heating system using the latest state of the art technologies, which can be easily fitted to your existing vacuum former.
The system uses the latest state of the art infrared halogen heater lamps along with PLC control and touch screen operator interface, allowing each element to be individually controlled, providing greater versatility and accuracy to your machinery.
Benefits of the new setup include,
-0.2 of a second heat up time
-Shorter wavelength heating material from the inside
-Up o 50% faster heating time
-Less colour change of materials
-Materials pre printed are not affected by heat transfer
-Because the elements are only on when over the product, material at the rear of the clamp frame is not over heated resulting in less machine adjustment whilst running
-Element temperatures can be programmed to change to maintain constant heat profiles because the elements have a very fast response time
-Element set up is via a touch screen and job profiles can be saved for future production
-Each element is individually controlled.
-Factory environment is enhanced due to the reduction in wasted heat that is present from old style heaters.
-As power consumption is reduced dramatically the carbon footprint of your factory is reduced accordingly
The new heater banks comprise of the following modules:
1. 10.4 inch touch screen
2. Caldan P.L.C
3. Caldan switching system
4. Halogen elements
5. Heater bank frame
6.Optical sensors control the heating and cooling cycle. This takes the guesswork out of adjusting timer settings and self adjusts as the moulds warm up. This results in greater efficiency.
The new systems are delivered pre assembled and tested, ready to fit in your existing machine, allowing downtime to be minimised.
